My Island

My island is nothing more than that place, that corner in the world, that space in your mind or in your heart in which you feel completeness. In other words, your place of refuge; that corner where you feel content, at peace and quiet. Where you go when you need to connect, debug, charge or find answers.

It is not an exclusive place, your island can take the shape, color and place you need according to where you are and how you feel. The important thing is to identify it, to know that it exists and that it is there for you when you need it.

For me, Yoga and especially Tibetan Yoga (known as Lu Jong), fulfills that function. The gifts and blessings it has brought into my life are countless. And as all good, it is there to be shared. That’s why I decide to dedicate myself to this activity that I appreciate so much, with the only and exclusive intention that, as it was for me, it is for those who accompany me on this voyage. A kind of tool or a place from where you can operate your day to day from your best possible version.
