Do you spend a lot of time in front of your computer and at the end of the day you feel like a semi-truck has run over you, i.e. your body aches, feels numb and/or you simply realize that you have lost mobility and flexibility? Do you feel mentally saturated and find it difficult to slow down at the end of the day? Then this option is just right for you!
Regular yoga practice at work is a great opportunity to switch off from everyday life for a few minutes. Short and selective sequences, which can be practiced in front of the desk, on a chair or in small rooms, can effectively relieve muscle tension in the eyes, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back, which is typical of staying in the same position for long periods of time.
The exercises not only have a positive effect on the muscles, but also help you to switch off, reduce stress and anxiety, recharge your batteries and improve your concentration, among other things.
