Ahimsa, the magic word for a relaxed day or a relaxed life.

We connect with the Yama Ahimsa in practicing the asanas and feel into the depths of your body to implement this mindfulness in our practice.

Every exercise requires a new mindfulness. Every day, every hour, every minute... requires a new mindfulness and alignment.

This is what you need to feel in this lesson. By practicing mindfulness in yoga, your day and your life will also benefit from it and more and more mindfulness will flow into your being and your life all by itself.
