Can you practice Yoga or exercise sport during pregnancy? Of course, always with the approval and supervision of your doctor.
The purpose of my Yoga sessions is to provide a space for a connection with you and your baby. Through breathing techniques and gentle movements (according to your physical condition), we mobilize the body, making it possible, among other benefits:
- improve your breathing! This directly favors the oxygen content of your blood and thus also that of your child.
- relax you! Relaxation helps you reduce any kind of physical and mental stress in the body, which in turn contributes directly to your overall well-being and that of your child.
- to build a more conscious connection to your body, in order to perceive it better. This will make it easier to identify your needs and also intensify the bond with your baby.
- to reduce one
or the other physical complaint, such as the well-known back pain.
