There are many techniques you can use to switch off, the best one is always to get in touch with your breath. 

And that's exactly what you'll do here with this breath control. 

You come to rest, your breathing improves, your concentration is sharpened, you arrive at your center and center yourself. 

This centering accompanies you throughout the day, you will feel it. 

Only by doing will you have an experience that is authentic.
