The combination of classical Hatha Yoga, My Yoga and FAYO can help you to recognize where the source of your pain lies.
Through targeted practice, the pain can go away and your walk will be free, light and full of energy.
The main topic is our hip flexor, the IIiopsoas muscle. Our problem with walking and running difficulties lies in the shortening of this muscle.
We can remedy this by practicing selected asanas and FAYO postures.
