​Your breath, the essence of your being. 

Breath is life and in yoga it is much more, it is prana - life energy that you take in with every breath. 

By the way you breathe, you decide directly or indirectly how much prana you take in and where how much is allowed to flow. It is therefore very important to pay attention to your breath and practise meditative pranayama (breath training). 

We practise Nadis Shodana. The reciprocal breathing exercise in a variety that you may not yet be familiar with. Nadi Shodana is much more than ONLY a breathing exercise. It is life, relaxation, physical well-being, opening to spiritual spaces or just cleansing the body. 

Shodana means cleansing and Nadi is the space in which your energy, your life energy - Prana flows, i.e. energy space or "energy path".
